Following on from the previous success and popularity of BookCrossing's 24 hour Readathon, we are excited to announce the date for 2023 as Saturday April 22nd!

Given the vast spread of BookCrossers around the world, the aim is that from 12:00am - 11:59pm Pacific Time Zone (PDT), there will be a BookCrosser somewhere in the world who is reading a book as part of this Readathon!

In previous years, a BookCrossing Convention has been taking place at the same time as the Readathon. As that is not the case this year, with the Convention taking place in Falkirk later in the year, we hope that the Readathon will serve to bring the BookCrossing member community together over the weekend of International BookCrossing Day (April 21st), and that more people will be available to take part, virtually come together once again, to chat and read along with fellow BookCrossers, and knock some books off those every growing Mount To Be Read mountains.

What we want to know right now is:
