means looking back on a wonderful meeting. BookCrossing members from around the world flocked to Falkirk, Scotland. They were welcomed by a small intrepid team who had planned to host an UnConvention, but instead decided to step up and make it a cosy Anniversary
Convention.
Quite a challenge! And looking back, we can say that they succeeded.
Books were exchanged and released, interesting author talks were attended, BC supplies were sold... and most importantly, good times were shared. There were old friends to reunite with and new friends to connect with. What more could we have wished for?
Thanks to the Falkirk team, this first Convention after several years was a pure joy. Great job, and thank you very much! We hope this will encourage other teams to step up for the coming years.
