Our Chicago location is conveniently located in River North right off the 37/Orleans & Huron bus stop and one block south of the Chicago Brown/Purple Line stops.
Parking
There are gated parking lots on either side of our building, pricing ranges from $8 for up to 30 mins, $15 for up to 90 mins, and $21 for up to 12 hours.
Finding the health center
Dial 0603 on the intercom outside of the main entrance on Huron to be buzzed in, take the elevator up to the 6th floor, and our clinic is in front of the elevator.
Please note that our Field Trip Health teams are only available during their staffing hours. As a result, our teams are not immediately available to handle emergency situations. If you require emergency assistance, please seek help immediately by calling ‘911’ or the United States National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.

Medical Office Administrator
Valerie graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a B.A. in Applied Psychology and brings 7 years of administrative experience across industries ranging from event management to professional services. Due to her interest in psychological health and social change, she is eager to bring her skill set to such a progressive organization.

Nurse Practitioner
Judy Seals obtained her BSN from Baylor University in 1998 and her MSN from Rush University in 2003. She joins Field Trip Health with seventeen years of nurse practitioner experience in various roles. Her diverse professional background includes cardiology, plastic surgery, retail health, and most recently integrative health where she developed a passion for a more holistic, patient-focused approach to health care and wellness. She believes that a partnership with patients grounded in trust and mutual respect is instrumental to optimizing outcomes and looks forward to supporting your inner healing journey.

Social Worker
Myrna is a bilingual Spanish Licensed Clinical Social Worker, native Chicagoan and a lifelong resident of the south suburbs. She graduated from the Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of IL at Chicago and also holds a Master of Education from Governors State University. She is certified in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and received training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy by Dr. Jennifer Dore, Julane Andries, LMFT and Dr. Mark Shortt at Helios Psychiatry. Myrna is an avid traveler and has studied indigenous knowledge systems incorporating ceremonial use of entheogens and adaptogens in healing and wellness practices. In addition, Myrna has 20+ years of experience in crisis intervention and working with individuals, families, and youth to improve their lives through a trauma informed lens. As a social worker passionate about the values of her profession, she strives to guide individuals on their path to empowerment by incorporating a strengths-based and holistic perspective, which honors the internal wisdom of the physical, mental, social, spiritual, and creative process present in each individual.

Licensed Professional Counselor
Anya is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. She has extensive experience working with clients on issues including substance use, trauma, depression, and other presenting concerns. She views the body as a resource for change and often integrates somatic practices such as breathing and mindfulness exercises into sessions. She believes clients hold wisdom about their own experiences, which drive their current needs and goals. She acts as a facilitator to help clients uncover and enhance their existing strengths to help create desired change.

Angelina is a bilingual Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner and native Chicagoan. She graduated from nursing school in 2012 from City Colleges of Chicago and then completed the Nurse Practitioner program in 2018 from Resurrection University. Angelina has over 16 years of experience working in the medical field in a community health setting. Angelina is committed and passionate about bringing awareness about self-love, self-care, healthy interpersonal relationships, disease prevention, and inner healing practices. Angelina is also a Reiki Practitioner. She developed a passion for mental health, wellness, holistic medicine, and the healing benefits of psychedelics through her own experience and through meeting many patients who were not benefiting from traditional medicine. She believes in providing trauma-informed care and connecting the brain, mind, body, and spirit to heal. She is dedicated to supporting others to gain self-awareness and unlock the inner healer. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, listening to music, dancing, painting, co-existing, and co-creating with others.

Art Therapist/Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Emily is an Art Therapist and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She grew up in the Chicagoland area, and got her Master’s degree in Art Therapy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Prior to joining the Field Trip team, she worked in a variety of settings including a supportive housing program, a nursing home, an adult day center, and most recently in private practice. Emily’s interest in the intersection of mental health, altered states of consciousness, and psychedelics stems back many years and she feels very fortunate to now be able to support people who may be at an impasse in their mental health journey by providing Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. She is a big advocate for harm reducation, and works from a strong relational framework in which she believes that the best outcomes happen when there is a strong, trusting, therapeutic relationship built collaboratively between the client and the therapist. As an Art Therapist, Emily is particularly excited by the possibility of bringing more Art Therapy into this work as she sees the creative process as an integral part of building community and of better understanding the knowledge that is gained while exploring your own consciousness.

Psychotherapist
Jordan is a licensed clinical social worker who serves English- and Spanish-speaking individuals. She received her Master’s in Social Work with concentrations in trauma-informed care and global social development from the University of Chicago in 2018. Jordan has also completed special training in trauma-focused modalities, EMDR, yoga, visual art, crisis intervention, and both suicide prevention and postvention (grief). Jordan is LGBTQ-affirming and has experience working with individuals from a variety of spiritual and cultural backgrounds. Utilizing a biopsychosocial-spiritual approach to therapy, Jordan invites clients to show-up and be seen as their full selves—worthy and capable of care.
